1. Scope of these terms

These terms govern use of the public JT AI Digital Studio website only. Visiting the site does not by itself create a client relationship or a commitment to provide services. The contracting entity, scope, fees, ownership, warranties, and liability are defined in a separate signed engagement agreement.

2. Site content & work blueprints

The site describes potential services and public reference blueprints. A reference blueprint is not a client project, live deployment, or guaranteed outcome unless explicitly identified with evidence and consent. Any proposal or recommendation depends on discovery, scope, and agreed constraints.

3. Intellectual property

Site content, design, visible code, and the JT AI Digital Studio name remain subject to their owners’ rights or licences. You may not republish substantial parts or present them as your own work without written permission. Ownership of project deliverables and client materials is defined in the relevant engagement agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site unlawfully, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, collect other people’s data without a lawful basis, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Requests or access may be limited to protect the site and its users.

5. Information accuracy & third parties

We aim to keep public information accurate and clear, but site content is not legal, financial, or security advice and does not replace requirements discovery. Services, providers, and features may change. Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Liability & applicable law

Liability limits and warranties apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Client services are governed exclusively by the signed engagement agreement. Unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, these website-use terms are interpreted under the laws of Saudi Arabia; jurisdiction is determined by applicable law and agreements.
